For centuries, deities have overseen everything that goes on in human lives. The deities lived in peace, even walking amongst the humans at some point in time. However when some of the major deities had a different opinions, they formed both the light and dark side. Walking amongst the humans became rare. The light side wanted to continue helping humans, intervening and doing what they had done before the opinions began. The dark side wanted nothing to do with humans, believing that intervening will only cause more problems later on of the humans, saying that it was the humans own fault for the stupid things they do. Unbeknown to humans, a war raged between the sides, believing that their opinion was the right way for both them and humans. Now all deities are given a choice in which side they want to choose to continue the war and try to prove that side is the correct way.
