The city can be rather dangerous, there is crime, gangs. But even tho there are problems, many people live in cities. In the city of lights, has it all.
This city is known for the education, the city has much to offer, a high school and college is here. A park to walk around, so much you can do and so little time.
The schools are rather interesting, the drop out rate isn't to bad. Most of the drop outs are from College.
