This is where all of the unwanted, already accepted, characters are taken. You may claim any of them. So basically if you don't want to fill out a form, or are very interested in one of these characters, you may adopt them.

This is where all of the Activity Checks are to be held. So it's best to check this place out regularly. They will be held randomly, basically whenever the site needs one.
