Can't Rain All the Time

People once believed, that when someone dies, a crow carries their soul to the land of the dead. But sometimes, something so bad happens, that a terrible sadness is carried with it and the soul can't rest. Then sometimes, just sometimes the crow could bring that soul back to put the wrong things right.

Could it possibly be true? Bad things are happening in our city, and no one knows quite how to stop them. A gang has suddenly risen to power, and fires are being started all across town. But the night for the fire's is coming sooner and sooner. Halloween, the word around the streets says, is the night that the gang is going to set the sky a blaze with red. But this gang is not only burning houses, they are getting drunk with power. Drugs and intoxication makes them do things they wouldn't dream of, and suddenly women are being raped and men are being killing.

It is said that a legendary crow can bring back those who have lost their loved ones, for love is one of the greatest powers on this earth. Could it be possible that someone dead for so long, could be brought back to life by something as insignificant as a crow? No one really knows, but people have claimed to have seen their loved ones again, and the wounded have been avenged. If this is a vigilante or the dead come back to life, the people of New York aren't exactly certain. But one thing is for sure.
